Fergus works with clients in the Technology and Media industries, supporting them in developing and realising strategies that deliver superior returns based on a clear understanding of industry ‘end games’ and the performance of individual markets.
He is focused on helping clients identify the right strategy and turning it into action. He also works with corporate and private equity clients on all stages of the transaction lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to divestment.
He has a wide range of project experience across his two focus sectors. In Technology he has worked extensively for Hardware, SW and Service players in both B2B and B2Cenvironments. His Media expertise is focused around B2B media assets (Academic and Scientific, Publishing, Information, Data, Workflow and Events). He has also worked widely in B2C media with Magazine Publishers, Newspapers, Online and TV players.
Fergus also leads OC&C's Sales Force Effectiveness practice in the UK, helping clients across all industry sectors to optimise how they segment their customers, align their sales force to opportunities and enable their sales teams to deliver.
